Equipment Capital Index is a commercial lead-generation site. We receive compensation from lending partners when a visitor submits a financing application through our forms. This compensation never influences the calculated figures shown on a page — APR, monthly payment, and tax estimates are computed identically regardless of which lender ultimately receives a lead.

Data Verification Standards

All asset specifications are sourced from manufacturer-published spec sheets. Extracted data passes strict schema validation before publication; rows failing validation are dropped rather than published with placeholder or estimated values. Duplicate or near-duplicate listings are merged automatically via similarity detection rather than published as separate pages.

Regulatory Disclosures

• TCPA: Every lead form requires express written consent before a visitor's contact information is shared with a funding partner.
• Rate Disclosure (SB 1235): All displayed rates are labeled as estimated commercial APR figures inclusive of doc/origination fees, not final loan terms.
• Circular 230: Tax figures are illustrative estimates only. We are not a tax advisory service; consult a certified CPA for guidance specific to your business.
