• Contact phone number
• The equipment and estimated financing amount you're inquiring about

• A one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address (used for lead-submission rate limiting and fraud prevention — we do not store your raw IP address)
• Standard web analytics (pages viewed, general device/browser type) via a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics provider
• If advertising is enabled on this site: cookies and similar identifiers set by our advertising partner(s) — see Advertising & Cookies below

How We Use Your Information

• To calculate and display the financing estimate you requested
• To route your quote request to one or more vetted commercial lending partners capable of serving your request
• To contact you about your request, including by phone, SMS, or email, if you've given consent (see TCPA Consent below)
• To detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive form submissions
• To maintain and improve the accuracy of this site's calculators and content

We do not use your information to make automated financing decisions ourselves — we are not a lender.

How Your Information Is Protected

Business name, email, and phone number are encrypted at rest (PGP symmetric encryption) before being stored. Decryption is restricted to backend systems responsible for routing your request to a lending partner — this data is never exposed through any public-facing part of the site or API.

Who We Share Information With

When you submit a financing quote request, your contact information and request details are shared with one or more third-party commercial lending partners so they can follow up with an offer. We do not control those partners' own privacy practices once your information is shared with them — review their privacy policy directly if you'd like to understand how they handle your data.

We do not sell your quote-request contact information (business name, email, phone) to data brokers. Separately, if advertising is enabled on this site, our advertising partner(s) may use cookies and similar technology to serve ads — see Advertising & Cookies below.
