What This Site Is

Equipment Capital Index provides estimated commercial equipment financing calculations — monthly payment estimates, amortization schedules, and Section 179 tax deduction estimates — along with the option to request a quote from third-party commercial lending partners.

We are not a lender, broker, or financial advisor. We do not originate, underwrite, service, or fund any loan or lease. Any quote you receive comes from an independent third-party lending partner, not from us.

Estimates Are Estimates

Every number on this Site — monthly payment, APR, tax deduction, resale/rental market reference — is an estimate for illustrative and planning purposes only. Actual terms offered by any lender depend on your creditworthiness, time in business, the specific equipment, and other factors outside our control. Requesting a Quote

If you submit the quote-request form, you authorize us to share your submitted information with one or more third-party lending partners so they can contact you directly. We may receive compensation from those partners when you submit an application or when your inquiry results in funding — see the sponsored-content notice displayed on every page. That compensation never changes the estimates or calculations shown to you.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false or fraudulent information through any form on the Site
• Scrape, bulk-extract, or systematically reproduce the Site's content or data without our prior written consent
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems

We provide embeddable calculator widgets and data badges for use on third-party sites, subject to the attribution requirements shown alongside each embed snippet. We may modify, restrict, or discontinue widget availability at any time.
